Unicom, Providers of quality accommodation in Hull.
We have been involved in the provision of high quality student accommodation for 20 years.
The business is family run and owned therefore you deal directly with the landlord.
We own over 200 houses, customers come back year after year; this high percent of repeat business means we have a low voids rate in houses.
The management team is young and modern; all colleagues are focused on providing rapid customer service. The full time maintenance department are on call 24 hours per day and trained to carry out all aspects of maintenance on Unicom properties.
We always place customer service at the top of our agenda; attending to most repair requests etc within 24 hours. Many members of the management team have attended Uni and realise the need for smart accommodation in University Towns.
In order to remain the market leader we consistantly update our properties and management techniques. We aim to be the providers of the best value, best spec houses to students staying in Hull.
